This is by far the worst experience we had. We ordered egg biryani and paneer biryani. They delivered Vijayawada egg biryani and paneer veg biryani. Then, we opened the paneer biryani box and found that there were only 4 small pieces of paneer and some carrots, some cauliflower in it with what looked like overcooked rice. No basmati rice, they used something else. There was no taste or flavor at all, it tasted like stale rice. Couldn’t eat at all and had to dump it in trash. Called them immediately to report. The guy kept on saying sorry and will not happen in future but, hadn’t offered refund, no compensation efforts at all. He said he will have someone call me in 5 minutes. The girl that took the order called me and repeats the same sorry and nothing else. She hung up and said someone will call again. I waited and no one called that night. I called back next day and same girl picked up and recognized me and still says she raised request and someone will call. Another day passed and still no one called. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE THE WORST FOOD DON’T GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THESE GUYS AND TEACH THEM A LESSON

I honestly don’t even know where to start. They served me veg thali instead of Non veg thali to begin with. The curries in thali felt like they had been sitting around for ages and when I pointed it out, the waiter literally rolled his eyes at me. Not even an apology, just pure attitude. The front desk was no better. There was no one. No greeting, no courtesy, nothing that remotely resembles basic service standards. It genuinely felt like everyone there is forced to do their job and couldn’t care less about customers. And then came the cherry on top—the men’s restroom experience. The toilet door knob was broken, and I actually had to fix it myself just to get out. For a moment, I genuinely thought I might have to call someone for help. Ridiculous and completely unacceptable. The whole place gives off this vibe that they simply don’t care. No etiquette, no professionalism- just people going through the motions with the worst possible attitude. Would not recommend unless you enjoy being ignored, disrespected, and possibly getting stuck in a restroom.

Peaceful Ambience & Tasty Food, Service Could Improve The atmosphere was peaceful and comfortable. I really liked the food. We ordered chai, egg bonda, and mirchi — everything was well cooked and didn’t feel like it was dipped in oil, which I really appreciated. I was too hungry to take a picture, but we also had chole bature and it was sooo good! Less oil, nicely cooked, and full of flavor. Giving 3 stars for service because we had to wait for the chole even after the kitchen had already prepared it for takeaway. That part could definitely be improved.

Pathetic customer service. We ordered 3 chai and 3 biryani. With the biryani, we were given only one 8 oz salan, which was clearly not enough for three orders. We politely asked for a little extra, and the response was extremely rude. One female staff member had no sense of how to speak to customers and bluntly said they couldn’t give more. Another staff member calmly said he understood that it wasn’t enough, but she rudely told him to “shut his mouth” in front of us. That was completely unprofessional and shocking. When I asked another employee if she was a manager, I was told she is not a manager—just another employee, which makes the behavior even more unacceptable. Good food doesn’t excuse disrespectful and humiliating customer service. This was our last visit. We will not be coming back.

I genuinely don’t know how this place is still in business it’s so bad. The corn kernels were okay. Gobi manchurian was sweeter than a lollipop and tangier than a tangerine. Samosa chaat was pretty good. Garlic Naan tasted like nothing and one of mine was so crispy it’s like i was biting into a chip. Butter chicken was god awful. Biriyani tasted like water. Was on the toilet for an hour when i got home. Hate this place so much
